Here at the sanctuary we like to be as open and honest as possible and show you exactly where your donations are going. Part of this involves opening for tours so we can show you around our sanctuary and you can see what it’s really like to be part of the magic! It’s a wonderful chance for you to meet the animals, volunteers and see the daily work we do in action.
As we are run by volunteers, we currently run tours at 11:45am, from Monday to Friday. This is our preferred time so we can spend more time looking after our animals, however if you require a different time then this is something we can try to accommodate if our schedule permits us!

To make a booking, please jump on one of the forms below, in either English or Spanish and fill in your details. Keep a note of your date, and we will send you a welcome email with some more information!
(We mostly provide tours in English and Spanish, but may be able to provide another language if requested depending on our volunteers! Please fill in the English booking form and leave a note!)

Many of our animals are free in the sanctuary and it is a working farm so we are not able to let visitors and the public walk freely for their safety and the safety of our animals.
One of our volunteers will meet you and give you the full tour, telling your stories of the animals and letting you touch and meet them. We will also explain some of the history and future plans of the sanctuary. During this time you will see all of the volunteers hard at work to see the real experience of how a busy animal sanctuary is run. From animals to building to office life to making compost!
Our friendly volunteers make sure you have the full VIP experience and will take their time to show you exactly what you want to see. Whether you prefer to get to know the horses or have a go on our bicycle powered washing machine we invite you to have a great time with us.
As our sanctuary is run solely by donations we do ask that in exchange for a visit you can bring a donation for the charity. This can be financial via cash, Paypal or Bizzum. Or if you prefer you can buy something off of our shopping list so you know exactly where your donations are going.
